  主要研究内容  
多年从事细胞生物学及发育生物学的研究,特别是集中在与形态发生素相关的信号转导通路(例如Hedgehog、Wnt及Hippo等信号通路)的研究。并利用模式生物针对发育过程中组织、器官的形成机制以及肿瘤的发生、发展与疾病发生机制进行了深入的研究。在相关领域先后在Nature, Nature Genetics,Gene & Development,Developmental Cell, Journal of Cell Biology,Human Molecular Genetics,Proceeding of National Academy of Sciences以及Cell Research等杂志发表多篇论文。
