  主要研究内容  
实验室关注于研究哺乳动物大脑中的记忆存储、提取的相关编码规律和神经生物学机制。我们独立发展了大规模单神经元解析度的在体成像技术,寻找和追踪小鼠皮层内神经元群体在长期记忆形成于提取过程中的反应活动特征,探索脑对外界多模态环境的编码存储规律;利用多种手段,解析大脑中存储记忆的特异性神经环路以及表观遗传调控对记忆印迹细胞的作用,研究记忆的灵活性与稳定性调节机制;利用脑机接口等工程与医学手段,探索对脑损伤、脑疾病的修复治疗新方法。
