  主要研究内容  
从事基于G蛋白偶联受体(GPCR)的新药发现及干细胞化学生物学研究,主要集中在以下几个方向:1.GPCR新药筛选平台的建设及新药发现。 2.GPCR在重大疾病(自身免疫病、代谢性疾病及肿瘤)中的作用及其机制研究,以及药物干预。 3.干细胞命运调控小分子的发现、机制研究及在疾病中的应用。
