  主要研究内容  
1.对硅、锗、氮化镓等功能性半导体纳米材料的力学性能、形变机制以及由形变所引发的电学、光学等物理特性的改变开展高分辨原位电子显微镜实验研究,从而促进其在柔性电子、智能皮肤等新兴智能电子器件中的开发和应用;
2.对金刚石、氮化硼等共价键晶体超硬材料在微纳米尺度所表现出的超弹性行为进行原位实验研究,并对由超大弹性所引发的料能带结构变化进行探索,拓展其在“弹性应变工程”以及量子计算机等领域内的应用;
3.原位电镜力学-电学/光学耦合测试平台开发,实现对纳米材料进行原位电镜下多种物理性能的耦合研究;
4.金属、半导体等结构材料在微纳米尺度下的原位电镜疲劳失效机制研究。
